By creating an account or using https://asonet.tech (“ASONET”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use ASONET for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the revised Terms.
ASONET provides AI-assisted social media workflows, including but not limited to:
Features may vary by plan, region, or beta status. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
By connecting a network via OAuth you authorize ASONET to act on that account as you direct (publish, schedule, pull insights). You must own or control the connected account and comply with each platform’s terms and community guidelines. ASONET is independent and not endorsed by those platforms.
Paid plans, AI usage quotas, and add-ons are charged according to the pricing shown in-product or on /pricing. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Refunds follow the policy stated at purchase or required by mandatory consumer law. Abuse of promotional credits may result in suspension.
ASONET branding, UI, software, and documentation are owned by ASONET or its licensors. Except for your content and rights granted by law, no license is granted to copy or resell the platform.
Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By using ASONET you also acknowledge that policy.
You must use ASONET in compliance with the laws that apply to you where you live and operate, including electronic commerce, computer crime, and advertising/content rules that apply to your posts. You are solely responsible for the legality of content you publish to social platforms, and for the export, sanctions, and local marketing laws that apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, legal risk, or abuse. You may stop using ASONET and delete your account subject to residual legal retention of billing records.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASONET disclaims warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for platform outages of third-party social networks or AI model providers. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees you paid to ASONET for the Service in the three months before the claim.
If you have a dispute with ASONET, first raise it with our support team at hello@asonet.tech so we can try to resolve it in good faith within 30 days. If it is not resolved, it will be settled under the applicable law by the competent authority. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
